Zerodha has received the in-principle approval from SEBI to launch the Mutual Funds business. To grow the capital markets in India and build simple, easy to understand investment solutions for the next 100 million investors, we feel mutual fund as a product needs to be reimagined. We are building the founding team and looking for passionate people to join us.

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: You will be given complete ownership of the product**.** The product strategy, design, functionalities, and success is your responsibility. Other responsibilities are:

• Ability to think long-term about product strategy and what opportunities it should tap into the market
• Develop solutions based on opportunities, challenges, or specific pain-points
• Sprint planning, creation of spec documents, implementation management along with the tech team
• Handle simultaneous projects across multiple teams
• Read data, gain insights and incorporate back into the product

Requirements

• Has 2 - 5 years of experience in a product role with a startup
• Strong product sensibilities and a sense of aesthetics
• Understanding of interaction design & information architecture
• Experience to guide decisions using data
• Should be able to take initiatives and drive things independently
• Experience with fintech will be good to have but not mandatory

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible to ensure that all the operational processes, which go behind making an AMC successful, are robust and run smoothly.
